It is as an autodidact I have been learning photography, there four years time when I get my first camera. It was a discovery. Not a day passes without working my photos. I experience, I test and try, it is incredibly efficient to move me. I am guided by my feelings and my emotions. My work is my perception of the world. Landscapes, portraits and self-portraits, oscillate between dream and reality, giving one’s free rein to the imagination.
Much of my work is based on the self-portrait. This is a face to face, laid bare. I had to agree to see , show me other. Initially, I never thought of doing self-portraits. Then comes the desire to work a face, a body. I’m a fairly solitary and do not always have a model available, I started to take a few self-portraits, then again and again, like a game, a challenge, and it became a way of express myself ! Modest, reserved and this body that I have never accepted, upon reflection, I just think that my self-portraits are a work on myself.
