The Eye of Photography asked the galleries exhibiting at Photo London to each present five photographs to be purchased. For its first participation to Photo London, the Parisian gallery Clémentine de la Féronnière will be situated in one of Somerset House’s large rooms, on the first floor opposite the Leica Lounge. The works of five photographers will be presented: Peter Mitchell and his colour photographs of Leeds in the seventies ; Guillaume Zuili, whose silver-based fiber-prints obtained by the Chromoskedasic technique question the codes of the American pop culture ; and finally a shorter selection of prints by three major photographers of the gallery : Marco Barbon, Anne Rearick and Adrien Boyer. A selection of books edited by the Editions Clémentine de la Feronnière will also be presented. All books are in French and English. Peter Mitchell and James Barnor will be signing their books on Saturday at 3pm, in the gallery booth.
